RCN Wales responds to Welsh Government's NHS pay award for 2025/26
Nursing staff employed on Agenda for Change (AfC) contracts in Wales have been awarded a 3.6% pay increase across all bands, backdated to 1 April 2025.
Read the Welsh Government pay circular issued 29 May 2025. This pay circular informs employers of the pay arrangements for employees covered by the Agenda for Change (AfC) agreement in Wales.
Eligible members will be able to take part in a consultation on the award. Check your details are up to date to make sure you can vote and we’ll be in touch soon about the consultation opening.
