Become an RCN rep
Reps are vital links between the RCN and our members. They are the RCN's ambassadors in the workplace, helping to influence policies, assist members and shape our profession.
If you have what it takes to become an RCN steward, health and safety representative or learning representative, we will support you and give you the tools to succeed.
