Congress 2022

Congress 2022 will be taking place in Glasgow from 5-9 June so please save the date, and watch this space for more information.

Congress 2022 will be presided over by BJ Waltho, Chair, and Michael Brown, Vice Chair, whose terms of office, along with those of the Agenda Committee, have been extended by RCN Council in view of the very exceptional circumstances which impacted on Congress in 2020 and 2021.

Applications to be considered for funded voting members places at Congress will now close at midnight on 24 Jan.

Congress 2022 Learning and Wellbeing Programme (LWP)

Submissions for the Learning and Wellbeing Programme (formerly Integrated Education Programme) are now open.  The LWP will be a dynamic line-up that brings together traditional fringe events, sponsored sessions, student and nursing support worker events, plus health and wellbeing activities.  Please read the guidance and submit your proposal using the online submission form.

Congress 2020

Due to COVID-19, the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) did not go ahead with Congress in 2020. 

Instead the Agenda Committee  selected a number of the debates and events which had already been selected for the 2020 Congress programme and which took place online throughout the rest of the year. Find out more about our #RCN2020 programme of events and debates.
