System Leadership Programme

The RCN System Leadership Programme will develop your understanding of system leadership, and help you to implement changes to policy and practice in your workplace.

About this programme

From developing system leadership ambitions to practising political influencing skills and understanding local context, the programme will develop understanding of political systems and the human dimensions which may challenge leadership and the successful implementation of change.

Delivery method

Upon request a tailored course delivering system leadership and senior leadership content, appropriate to your organisations individual needs, will be developed and delivered either virtually or in-person in conjunction with a third party consultant.

Cost

As this would be a tailored programme a price would be available upon expression of interest.
