Workplace adjustments database

Thanks for taking time to share your experiences of making changes to allow you to work or study with an impairment, or return to work or university following ill health. Your contribution will assist other health care professionals and help to challenge negative perceptions around working with a disability within the healthcare sector. You can fill out as little or as much of the form as you want. We are really interested to know what conditions lead to successful adjustments and what specific adjustments can be made. Please include anything you feel relevant.
