At the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in November 2020, members voted in favour of a resolution calling for a comprehensive review of the governance of the RCN.
The resolution asked for the review to examine:
- the RCN Charter, Rules, Standing Orders and all associated policies
- the role and structure of RCN Council and Council committees
- the role of General Secretary and the executive function
- the outstanding areas of work from previous governance reviews.
RCN Council has selected KPMG UK as its preferred supplier in supporting the Governance Review following a competitive tender process.
Members who would like to be involved in the Governance Review are asked to fill out this form, to confirm they are content for their details to be shared with KPMG.
