RCN Facebook groups are a place where you can get involved in honest and open discussions on the issues that affect you and your field of practice.
I joined the forum because I felt it was a great way to influence practice. In recent years nurses have been coming under a lot of scrutiny and I feel that they need to be recognised for the wonderful work that they do.
